Kat Crowell-Grate took over the administration of the school in January of 2004.   Mr. Crowell-Grate is a graduate of  Virginia Wesleyan College, and received his MBA from National University.  Mrs. Crowell-Grate is the Pastor of Contemporary Christian Outreach Ministries, INC.  Her grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren are  alumni of Contemporary Christian Academy.
